Hi, I’m Parul

I’m passionate about Children’s Yoga and Wellbeing. With over 8 years of experience and various certifications in Children’s and Teen Yoga, Hatha and Yin Yoga, Yoga Anatomy, and more, I bring a comprehensive approach to teaching yoga to children.

Through the use of play, storytelling, and music, I create dynamic and engaging yoga sessions for young children. For older children, I offer a more challenging and growth-oriented approach, understanding their unique needs and interests. In addition to yoga, I incorporate art, journaling, and self-expression exercises, fostering personal growth and self-discovery. By incorporating well-researched principles of child development, I customize the yoga experience to cater to their specific age group and individual abilities, ensuring a holistic practice. . Safety is my top priority, and I continually engage in professional development to provide the best possible experience for children.

I also offer a Yoga Alliance approved Kids Yoga Teacher Training program to certify others as Children & Teens yoga teacher.
