I teach a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin Yoga. My yoga practise focuses on getting ‘asanas’ right and holding the pose to enhance strength,flexibility and balance. Overall I believe such practice is one of the building blocks for a fitter & stronger body.
I adapt my style to your needs so that you feel accomplished at the end of your Yoga practice. Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, my yoga classes offer a space for everyone according to their personal needs.
I strongly believe Yoga is for everyone and if you can breath & move you can practice yoga. My focus is to make yoga simple & accessible for everyone. Whether you are young or old, overweight or fit, yoga has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body. Yoga is one’s own personal journey & it is not about complicated poses, it is about accepting your body; move and breathe in a way you are comfortable with.

I teach in-person weekly classes in Singapore mostly at Condos or I can travel to a place that suits kids for a group or private Yoga.
